How ZOOM! Whitening Works
ZOOM! is an accelerated whitening system that lifts years of stains in just one trip to our studio. First, a protective barrier is painted over your gums to prevent tissue irritation. Then, we apply the prescription- grade gel to the teeth. Finally, a bright light (laser) can we change this to LED is used to amplify the speed in which stain particles are broken up and lifted.
We repeat the bleaching process 3-4 times 15 minutes each steps three to four times until we reach the full results. With the proper ongoing care, it’s possible to maintain your bright smile for years to come.

How long will my in-chair visit take?
Your visit will likely take one hour from the time you walk in to the time you exit our practice. You can relax comfortable in our chair as your teeth whiten. Feel free to listen to music or watch a show on your phone.
Some patients may notice sensitivity after the whitening session. You may want to take an over the counter pain reliever to help combat this. However, the sensitivity should subside quickly. After a couple of hours, your teeth should feel normal. We recommend not drinking or eating anything dark in colour for the first 24 hours after your session as your teeth are more susceptible to stains during this period.
Everyone may have results that vary, but we can assure you that your teeth will end up much brighter than they were when you walked in-sometimes, patients see a difference of more than five shades in just one visit.
